Ruth 1:20-21 - "Don't call me Naomi," she told them. "Call me Mara, because the Almighty has made my life very bitter. I went away full, but the Lord has brought me back empty."

Prayer (pray this for you or someone you know who is struggling)

Lord, I come before You, sometimes I feel the weight of emptiness in my life. Just as Naomi felt the pain of loss, I, too, have moments where I feel empty and broken. I trust in Your power to restore my soul and to fill the voids in my life. Pour Your grace into the barren places of my heart. Help me to believe that You can turn my bitterness into joy and my emptiness into fullness. Amen.
